Brighter Access is an innovative not-for-profit organisation that provides person-centred supports to our participants. Our services support people with a disability to have choice, opportunity, inclusion and acceptance in the community. We currently have the following positions available within our team in the Hunter:

Casual positions available in disability-supported accommodation settings. This includes the provision of personal care to men & women, as well as support with activities of daily living.

Note that all of our staff must be available to complete shift work, ranging from early mornings to active night shifts as part of a consistent and focused team. 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Current Driver's Licence & own motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check clearance
• Working with Children's Check clearance
• Willingness to work across all Brighter Access' services and with a variety of Participants
• Able to be flexible and work different shifts over a 24/7 roster (afternoon and night shift work attracts allowances on top of your base wage)
• Commitment to inclusion & disability service standards required.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

• Previous experience working in disability supports

Remuneration: SCHADS Award Level 2.
