CPE Group are looking for person centered, motivated, enthusiastic and energetic SUPPORT WORKERS to join our team to support clients in their own home. 
 
In this role you will provide a range of in-home support including general domestic assistance duties, preparing light meals, transport assistance, support community participation and inclusion supporting clients independence levels.
  
To join our team you must have:- 

• Previous community experience providing one-on-one support to individuals in their own home (minimum 500 hours)
• A compassionate, person centered approach and reliable 'can do' attitude
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
• Certificate III or IV in Disability Services, Aged Care or Community Services (desirable)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (mandatory)
• Current National Police Clearance (mandatory)
• Working with Children Check (mandatory)
• Availability to work at short notice 
• Current Australian drivers licence, own vehicle and car insurance
