Founded by Cairns local Matthew Russo, FNQYSS is committed to making a difference, using evidence-based, client centered care and approach. Matthew has a Diploma in Child, Youth and Family Intervention and is currently studying a Diploma in Counselling. He has a certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and certificate of attainment for Hope and Healing, which is the Queensland framework for working with children and young people living in residential care.
