Personal Care Worker - (Italian or Greek speaking only)

We are currently searching for Personal Care Workers to join our team working in the community and providing care to our clients in their home. There is a need for this candidate to have a 2nd language of either Italian or Greek due to the clientele they will be working with.  

Work close to home across the suburbs of Viewbank, Eaglemont, Macleod, Heidelberg, Yallambie, Kingsbury, Heidelberg Heights, Heidelberg West, Rosanna, Reservoir, Preston, Preston West, Regent, Thornbury, Northcote, Fairfield, Alphington, Bellfield, Ivanhoe, Hadfield, Glenroy, Fawkner, Coburg North, Brunswick, Brunswick West, Brunswick East, Coburg, Moreland, Pascoe Vale. 

Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our At Home Support clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. This includes:

• Personal care
• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
• Engaging in social activities

To be successful, you will have:

• Certificate III Individual Support or similar care related qualification
• Experience in care role highly regarded
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Own vehicle and drivers licence
• Evidence of two COVID-19 vaccinations
• Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
