Quality
Providing a quality service and supporting people to reach their goals and live the life they want is what drives us. Contractors choose the size of their caseload to ensure they can stay on top of their work and get to know each participant.
Contractors have backgrounds and tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Psychology and years of experience in the mental health and disability sector.
Specialists
Turning Point Support do just one role and we do it well! TPS are not a large Company that provide many different services and this allows the contractors to be free from bias and favouritism, when presenting the best options for you.
The Director noticed a gap in the market for quality Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches. Where participants felt well supported, the contractors loved their job, and people came first. Hence Turning Point Support was born!
