Jill was 92 when we asked what was on her ‘bucket list’. After some thought, Jill said, “I want to do the Adelaide Oval Roof Climb.” At that stage, Jill couldn’t even climb her stairs.

About Us
At Life Care, we believe aged care should be amazing. For older people, and for our team. That’s why we're aiming to get to know ‘What Matters Most’ to each of our residents. And that’s how, after three months of regular physio and encouragement, Jill ended up on the Adelaide Oval Roof Climb, and in The Advertiser!

We're starting a journey that will see our team enabling lots of these types of experiences. It's all part of our focus on holistic wellbeing - helping people have amazing experiences as they age. And we'd like you to be part of this.

About You
When it comes to choosing new team members, what matters most to us is that you share our values: Engagement, Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Teamwork.

If you can confidently say ‘yes’ to our values, then we’ll also ask for the following: 

• A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
• Flexibility and availability across a seven-day roster
• A Seasonal Flu & COVID-19 Vaccinations

About the Role
You'll be our residents’ go-to person for everything from helping them get ready for the day (supporting them to shower, get dressed, etc.), to helping them to get around their home to our many lifestyle activities. Plus, some of our PCWs also help with cleaning. Either way, you’ll make our residents' day by supporting them to ‘Live Every Day’.
