- Maitland, NSW
- Byron/Ballina, NSW
- Tweed Region (NSW and QLD)
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible work options with 10 to 30 hours per week available. Our flexible workforce model allows us to tailor your schedule to your availability, ensuring a perfect fit between your preferences and our clients' needs. We take pride in carefully matching each client with the most suitable care worker, ensuring a smooth transition into service delivery. Our user-friendly app provides you with all the necessary client details and your personalized roster, putting everything at your fingertips.
To be successful in joining our team, you'll need the following qualifications:
- Passion for caring for older Australians
- Minimum 12 months of experience in caring for older Australians
- Current Federal Police check
- Current First Aid certificate
- Certificate III in a community service environment, aged care, or disability
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Driver's license
- Valid work visa (if applicable)
