What You’ll Do

As a Disability Support Worker or Youth Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Providing active support and genuine connection
✔ Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking and cleaning
✔ Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals
✔ Promoting independence and helping develop life skills

What You’ll Need

While formal qualifications are valued, they’re not essential—we’re looking for the right attitude and a commitment to making a difference. To be eligible, you must have:
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
✔ NDIS Orientation Certificate
✔ A valid driver’s license and a registered, insured vehicle
✔ Availability for at least two shifts per week
