Newly is well-positioned to serve as an advantageous strategic partner for SSI, offering services to facilitate the attracting, registering, screening, matching, and placement of candidates with providers throughout Australia via the program. Leveraging the Newly’s existing 110,000 registered care workforce and the advanced award winning technology platform and its exceptional candidate management capabilities, the partnership aims to increase placement rates from pre-boarding to on-boarding of candidates with approved providers.
This partnership will help home care providers to find the best-suited candidate as efficiently as possible, and in turn, provide workers who want to enter the care sector or already working in the sector with a broader pool of their most suitable job opportunities. We hope that with better-matched, higher-quality employment, there will be greater employee satisfaction, higher numbers of retention and more positive outcomes for the elderly needing care.

With this partnership Newly will facilitate connections between registered members and RTOs (Registered Training Organizations) and appropriate training institutions, enabling them to fulfill the necessary requirements for certificates III, IV, or short courses essential for employment in the Home care sector.
