Person-centred Care in Aged Care

Everyone in aged care has the right to be safe, treated with dignity and respect, and receive high-quality care and services. Person-centred care supports the older person to be an active partner in their care. 

Person-centred practice can help the aged care workforce tailor care to meet each person’s needs.
