​In 1983, ACSO commenced as a small support agency staffed by volunteers (then called The Epistle Centre; later The Victorian Offender Support Agency) for ex-prisoners who were highly disadvantaged.

We have grown over the 30 years to become a “provider of choice†in the delivery of a range of services and programs responding to unemployment, mental illness, disability, homelessness, substance use and offending behaviour. We now deliver programs across Victoria, New South Wales & Queensland.
