APM Assessment Services
Aged care and disability assessments
APM Assessment Services provide assessments for older adults to assist people to live independently at home and be supported in residential care. We also carry out functional assessments to assist people living with disability to access the NDIA and support employment.
My Aged Care program
APM provides assessment services to the Australian Government’s My Aged Care home support program. Many older people living at home need support to stay living independently and to access the right support services. Our assessors visit people in their home to determine the level of support they need and refer them to services in their local community.
Disability
APM is part of the National Panel of Assessors which helps determine the support needs for people with disability in the workplace. And on the panel for Independent Assessments undertaken for the NDIA. As part of the APM team, you’ll be joining an exceptional group of qualified, friendly and experienced allied health professionals and rehabilitation counsellors, who perform the assessments.
Through the National Panel of Assessors we help determine the support needs for people with disability in the workplace
We are proud to be a member of the National Panel of Assessors - the Australian Government's program for determining support needs for people with disability in the workplace.
Assessments may be required when employers hire job seekers registered with a Disability Employment Services provider. Our workplace disability assessments are designed to assist people with disability in the workplace, and their employers, to access support services.
