Our people are our company's greatest asset. We employ Registered Nurses, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing who are all professionally trained and qualified to provide the best possible care to our clients.

Our history
More than 65 years ago in 1955, registered Nurse Bea Goulder had a dream to offer in-home nursing assistance to the local community. Aptly, her business, trading as Castle Hill Visiting Nursing Services, was started in her own home, using one of her front rooms as her office.
In 1981 Kate Eckersley, Bea's daughter took the reins, and incorporated and traded the business as Hills District Nursing Service. By 2007 the service expanded further and moved to new premises in Castle Hill. Then in August 2011, the company formally changed its name to Hills Nursing Pty Ltd.
From humble beginnings we have grown so much and now employ more than 100 casual, part-time and full-time locals.

As part of these certifications we undergo comprehensive checks at least once per year so you can be sure we are providing the best possible service.
Safety culture
All staff undergo stringent safety checks before they undertake any work with our clients, and that includes working with children and the aged. It is always easy to recognise our team as they always wear our distinctive uniform and carry Hills Nursing photographic identification while on duty.
