The Crosslinks Support Coordination team can help anyone with an approved NDIS plan to understand and implement their plan. The Crosslinks Accommodation, Community Participation and Activities teams primarily assist people with autism, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, developmental delays and/or related disabilities. However, this is a very broad generalisation.
