Your Plan Manager was founded by Tanya Walford in December 2014. Originally beginning her career as a bookkeeper more than thirty years ago, Tanya has extensive experience managing small to medium enterprises (SME's) as a General Manager, Accounts Manager and CEO for both businesses in the Not For Profit and private sector.
Tanya and her husband Luke have four children, including three boys with disabilities. This means they have a lived experience and unique understanding of the complexities and positive outcomes the NDIS brings to families, carers and most importantly, participants.
