Our goal is to build an environment where people living with disability and mental health issues have access to holistic health care, including one on one support with professionals. Currently, we deliver support for daily living, accessing the community, travel training, tailor-made day trips, assistance with study and short-term accommodation (STA) and Support Coordination.
