Our Owner/ Director Karen is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of service in the health sector, a full-time mother to three young adults and the parent of a disabled son navigating the NDIS. Karen has developed and grown the company so our clients can maintain their dignity and independence, to live with choice in their own home.

We take a personal approach and provide a strong combination of clinical knowledge, individual case management and experienced carers to support you and your loved ones. Our clients and staff are known individually to us; they are not just a number.
