In 2010, the Australian Government launched The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) that would enhance the quality of life and increase economic and social participation for people with disability and their carers. Outwest Care saw the opportunity to provide a service to it's customers to enjoy the Australian outdoors.
After being in the disability sector for over 30 years combined, the founding directors of Outwest Care, realised a need for additional service. We wanted to provide our customers with a high level of care, to access holidays and respite service which were never readily available.
We offer social and community based activities including but not limited to fishing, swimming, day trips to the city, travel training, bowling and much more. We strive to meet all requests put forwards by our clients.
At Outwest Care we offer a wide range of services which can be tailored to meet your needs. You may require support with daily living tasks, personal care tasks and/or support in the community. At Outwest Care we take a person-centred approach which means our services will always be tailored around your needs and choices.
