Remuneration & benefits
At Care Connect, we provide flexible, comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation, so all team members have the opportunity to take good care of themselves and their families. In addition, we provide:
4 weeks annual leave + 17.5% loading (pro rata for permanent part time employees)
Salary packaging, pre-tax savings up to $15,900, plus meals & entertainment up to $2650
Paid parental leave (in addition to federally-funded paid parental leave)
Personal leave per common law requirements
