Under a Home Care Package, you get to choose the services you receive and who provides them. If you choose Hunter Community Services we can help you manage your Home Care Package and deliver many of the services you may want to assist you to remain living at home within a Consumer Directed Care approach.
We can assist you in the delivery of your supports to enable you to enjoy life your way and to help you do the things that you enjoy including maintaining your independence. Our focus is to provide quality supports and services which enables you to stay at home for as long as you want.
