With over 30 years of experience in the disability sector within government and community organisations, Rubix Support is passionate about supporting people with cognitive impairments lead the life they want to live and to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Our experienced and cohesive management team have held roles as disability accommodation managers, behaviour specialist consultants, house supervisors, case managers and direct care workers in residential services. In these roles we've strived to exceed the expectations of our residents and their families to help them achieve the little things that may make all the difference in their day, whether it be negotiating with service providers to streamline a home-to-work journey from ninety to fifteen minutes, or ensuring that the basketball ring is there the day they've moved in (not six months later). Our focus is prioritising the rights and preferences of our clients.
