Community Living Options was established in Victor Harbor in 1982 by a group of local parents who wanted respite and accommodation for their adult children. They didn't want their children to be forced to move far away or into an institution. They wanted their children to have the opportunity to thrive and live in their local community; hence, Community Living Options was born.

Since then, we have seen exponential growth because our participants love our services. And because we've seen so many happy people, we have expanded. We now provide services for many people spread throughout Metro Adelaide, the Fleurieu Peninsula, Adelaide Hills and even across on Kangaroo Island!
