Between them, Kathy and Kate have close to 40 years experience in health and aged care. Our extensive experience in the health and aged care sector, combined with their passion for making a difference, aims to have a positive impact on the lives of older people.
They are united by their Why, which is ensuring that older people have the opportunity to Thrive. They do this through imparting their own knowledge and expertise to others, building capability so others can feel confident and proud of the care they are providing for older people.
Kathy and Kate are known for working with organisations to tackle complex issues, using a straightforward, practical and supportive approach, always keeping in mind the older people who are central to any improvements.
