Casual Community Support Worker
Community Support Workers provide and deliver individual and personalised support and resourses to customers so that they may contnue to live in their homes.
Responsibilities may include working under the guidance and supervision of medical professionals, monitoring and communicating customer's condition to the Coordintor and/or Package Manager, transportation, light domestic duties, personal hygiene, provbiding meals and other health and wellness related activities.
All Community Support Workers will demonstrate a commitment to best practice, ensuring that all services are provided in a caring and respectful way in accordance with Just Better Care's policies and procedures.
