About the Role


Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a vibrant and motivated team of individuals to join our journey in raising the standard of care provided to people living with a disability.
  
*Full Time, Permanent Part-Time, and Causal roles available*

This role will be working at a Danny Met Sally SIL Home, supporting a participant with ADL’s, including personal care, implementing behaviour support Plans, managing challenging behaviours, medication administration, community access, meal preparation, and domestic assistance.
  
Opportunities are available for Team Leaders, Key Workers, and Support Staff. Consistent and ongoing hours will be available across a 24x7 roster. Due to the participants complex trauma background, Female workers are required to support them.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting mental health diagnoses
  • Experience working with clients who have complex behaviours of concern
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Mental Health related qualification desirable)
  • Knowledge of Behaviour support plans and Restrictive Practices
  • Medication Administration Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Driver’s License & own car with comprehensive insurance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support
