Billy Aston-Wright quit his job as a teaching assistant and pursued track of being a care worker. This took place after seeing the efforts of care workers who took care of his mother.
Diagnosed with autism, Mr. Aston Wright experienced the care provided to him due to his condition. However, most of the encouragement to continue came from his mother who served as his biggest inspiration. He realised how his mother has been working so hard to sustain them and keep him on track.
After quitting his job, he saw an opportunity at Caremark (Redcar and Cleveland) the company that cares for his mother, he immediately took the chance of being a care worker.
Mr. Aston-Wright told that her mother has been using Caremark for years and it successfully provided all the necessary matters when talking about care providing. This motivated him as well to pursue the said career.
He also admitted that he respects the company and the care workers. It made his mother feel a continuous and unending support just like a part of a family.
After finishing school, Mr. Aston-Wright enrolled at Redcar and Cleveland College for a childcare course. He eventually became a qualified support worker before serving as an assistant to children with special needs in his former school.
Mr. Aston-Wright was also engaged with the local youth centre and was even invited to do a talk about autism and how it can help other people by his former employer, Creative Thinking Resource and Arts Centre in Redcar.
His manager at Caremark, Michelle Jackson attested that Billy is a passionate individual who is willing to give back. She also pointed out the strength of Mr. Aston-Wright is his capacity to work with the elderly, his passion and his commitment to the job.
His mother even praised him because of his passion and enthusiasm towards his career and on how he is handling the work afterwards.
